In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, providing and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with industry standards,  Lachance Construction  strives to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents, personal injury or illness.

We recognize that the responsibility for health and safety are shared from the president of the company, to management, workers and sub contractors. All employees are equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our work sites.  We have established a strong health and safety program, implemented and promoted at all levels of our organization.

Safe work practices and job procedures are pro-actively implemented for all employees to follow. Maintaining Health and Safety on the job is an ongoing process. Active employee involvement is encouraged to guarantee a clear line of communication and feedback between workers and management, with a view towards the constant refinement of established policies.

All management activities always comply with company safety requirements as they relate to planning, operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure all our employees will perform their jobs properly in accordance with established procedures and safe work practices.
