The diverse nature of commercial construction generally requires the management and integration of a greater range of capabilities, talents, trades than civil work.

Timely coordination of labour, equipment and material resources and positive, productive interactions with clients, consultants and engineers and sub-contractors are critical to the efficient completion of projects on time and budget. As active partners in commercial developments, clients are frequently directly involved in the project process.

Managing our own aggregate, asphalt and concrete materials divisions combined with a full compliment of heavy equipment means our reliance on sub-contractors is minimized, reducing costs and increasing overall project efficiency. This in turn allows  Lachance Construction  to offer its commercial services at very competitive rates.

As well as managing new developments and projects, we also have experience in the restoration and renovation of historical buildings. Recent projects include the Kapuskasing Civic Centre, Public Library and Train Station.
